Campaign Marketing coordinator
What: Campaign Marketing coordinator
Type of role: Intern Start date: Asap Details of the role: Bpositive is seeking someone who can take our campaigns and execute them in a way that reaches a wide audience and taps directly into the channels we require to help get our brand and our service out there. Over the coming months we have a few big campaigns that we want to roll out. These campaigns will essentially set the benchmark for who we are and why we're here. We intend that 2015 is our most important year to date as we feel we can turn our great ideas into solid campaigns that help us maximise our reach to those in need as well as our supporters. As the business has grown over the past 18months, we have reached a point in time that now requires us to take the vital next step. Hiring someone with expertise in marketing a brand and it’s campaigns/events is that very next step for us. We are sat on what we believe to be some absolutely excellent ideas and campaigns and now we need help and assistance on how best to execute those projects and create successful campaigns. Who do we want? We are ideally after someone who works (or has worked) with brand and campaign marketing before. The role is a volunteer role and we estimate that 3-5 hours a week would be enough to help us get started on things. These hours are, as we say, an estimate and we would respect complete flexibility on any working schedule as we appreciate people have commitments to their full time work and family etc. Any expenses would be covered but aside from a couple of meetings here and there, there shouldn't be any expense required on the part of the person who takes the roll. Our charity founder Jonjo Rooney will be a direct point of contact and would work very closely with the Campaign Marketing Coordinator at all times. Essentially, we want someone who is keen and eager to help us push on to the next step. Reaching out to and connecting with our target audience is essential to our future success and want to provide all people who join the Bpositive network to have the help and support they require. Our online community is the centre point to us connecting with those affected in some way by acute leukaemia and blood cancer. We want to spread the word about our online community and develop new strategies to market this service ensuring that as well as bringing in more and more people to our online community we also provide sustainable methods of support for all those affected and connected with acute leukaemia. If you’re a conscientious person who demonstrates a willingness to help a new and exciting charity really kick on with its ideas and plans then we’d love to hear from you to talk more about the role.
